Learn the workout routine Triple H uses to gain heaps of muscle

Triple H is in awesome physical shape. I think he's got the best body out of all the WWE wrestlers. When I'm doing weights and get sick of doing them, he inspires me to keep going.

In one of Brock's interviews I read, he talked about his workout routine. Here is some of the stuff he said:

Stress your muscles - You don't have to kill yourself, but you must subject your body to out-of-the-ordinary stress each workout to grow muscle and to gain weight.

Be consistent - To gain weight and bulk up, you have to be willing to do whatever it takes, and work as hard as necessary and you have to be consistent. Your body responds to consistency. Sometimes it may get to the point of obsession, but it has to be that way for you to reach your goal.

Meals - Start eating six meals per day (space them out to about once every three hours). This is a weight gain diet used by those who know what they're doing.

Gaining mass- For mass, stick with compound free weight exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, barbell rows, pull ups and bar dips.

Increase you water intake

I searched the Internet for more information about the stuff HHH talked about, and I found a website called Pack On Muscle

If your serious about gaining muscle and looking good like HHH, you should check out Pack On Muscle (It's Steven Williams website). Steven has gained heaps of weight and muscle, without using steroids.

Steven's site has advice about how you can get buffed without steroids and other illegal drugs. It teaches you stuff like how much and what to eat, how to lose fat and the best way to weight train.

His site gives you free bodybuilding information and he also sells a Pack On Muscle course from the site.

I was excited but also a little sceptical about Steven's claims and the pictures of the guys that contributed to the course at first, but since he offered a money back guarantee on his book, I thought I'd give it a go.

I ordered his course/eBook, and never regretted it. I benefited so much from using his book. I learnt about calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, mass body building routines and other useful, straight forward stuff.

I followed the information in the course, made up my diet and workout, and within 2 months I gained 17.6 lbs (8 kilograms). After 3 and a half months, I gained 4 inches on my biceps. I don't mean to brag, but the girls love it ; )

If your interested in gaining muscle, I really recommend you check Pack On Muscle out. I hope you benefit from it, as much as I did. You can click here to go to Steven's site.
